ADHD
ADHD, or Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, is a neurodevelopmental condition affecting a child's ability to focus, manage impulses, and regulate activity levels. Children with ADHD may struggle with attention, organisation, following instructions, or controlling fidgeting and restlessness.
This can affect family dynamics, create stress between parents, and require different parenting approaches. We help families understand ADHD and develop strategies to support their child while strengthening the parent relationship.
