Neurodivergence
At Relational Therapy Collective, we understand that neurodivergent clients — including those with ADHD, autism spectrum conditions, and other forms of neurocognitive difference — often benefit from a therapeutic approach that is affirming rather than pathologizing.
Treatment is tailored to the individual's cognitive and sensory profile, focusing on identifying personal strengths, developing practical strategies for executive functioning and emotional regulation, and addressing co-occurring concerns such as anxiety, masking, or burnout. Care is collaborative, with treatment goals shaped by the client's own priorities rather than a one-size-fits-all model.
What We Help With
Our Approach
Executive functioning difficulties (planning, prioritizing, time management)
