About Limor
Limor has experience supporting young children (ages 3 and up), adolescents, and their parents. She believes that meaningful therapy with young children often involves a systemic approach that includes collaboration with parents and, when appropriate, the educational team.
Her therapeutic approach integrates psychodynamic psychotherapy, attachment-based work, CBT, and mindfulness-based interventions. Limor is a certified mindfulness instructor for children, teens, and adults, and she brings the principles of mindfulness into her clinical work to help clients develop awareness, emotional balance, and self-compassion.
Limor holds a B.A. in Psychology from Reichman University and an M.A. in Psychology from Tel Aviv University. Her work is client-centered and solution-focused, emphasizing each person’s strengths and resilience.
She strives to create a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative therapeutic space where clients feel safe to explore, grow, and move toward positive change.
