• Insurance payment

  • Some of our providers are “in network,” contracted with your insurance. Check with your insurance to confirm if providers are on their list, and your benefits including your co-pay and deductible.

• Private Pay/Out of Pocket

  • Private Pay-Some providers do not involve insurance at all, and you pay the full fee upfront.

  • Out of Network providers-our providers may still accept your insurance but there is not contracted rate. They will still submit your diagnosis/es and types of service by providing “superbill,” which are statements needed to send to insurance either by you or your provider. You pay the full fee upfront and after insurance receives and accepts ‘superbill,’ you get partial reimbursement.
