My Approach to Therapy for Teens & Families

The heart of my work is helping clients transform their relationships—with others and with themselves—into healthy, empowering, and meaningful ones. My style is relational, curious, and direct. I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches, combining behavioral methods with psychodynamic theory so that I can help clients set attainable goals while also exploring deeper, family-of-origin patterns when relevant.

I tailor treatment to each client, working collaboratively to discover their emotional story-their thoughts, feelings, and needs in order to support growth and development.

She works with clients of all ethnicities, sexual orientations, gender identities, and neurodivergent experiences. Her therapeutic stance centers on providing grounded support, insight, and compassion.
