Individual Therapy
One-on-one therapy is a space to feel heard, understood, and supported. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, trauma, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, our therapists tailor their approach to your needs.
We offer therapy for adults, teens, and children, with sessions available in person in Bellevue or via telehealth. Our practice serves clients across Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, and the greater Seattle area.

Our therapists tailor treatment to each person and may draw from relational, attachment-based, cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, DBT-informed, EMDR, sensorimotor, play-based, and other evidence-based approaches depending on your goals and needs.
Across all ages, therapy offers a safe, collaborative space to build insight, strengthen coping, improve relationships, and support meaningful change.

For Younger ChildrenFor younger children, therapy often uses play, art, stories, and other creative activities to help them express feelings, build coping skills, and strengthen emotional regulation. Parents are often included as part of the process so support can continue at home.
For Younger Children, therapy often uses play, art, stories, and other creative activities to help them express feelings, build coping skills, and strengthen emotional regulation. Parents are often included as part of the process so support can continue at home.
For Older Children and Teens, therapy is often more conversational while still being engaging and developmentally appropriate. Sessions may focus on emotions, friendships, school stress, family dynamics, identity, and practical coping skills. Therapy also supports skill development, including emotional regulation, communication, problem-solving, and building healthier ways of coping with stress.
We value privacy and work to create a space where teens feel safe to open up, while also involving parents thoughtfully when it is helpful and appropriate.
For Adults Across the Lifespan, therapy can support challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship struggles, burnout, and life transitions. Treatment is tailored to each person’s history, goals, and stage of life.
