A bit about my approach to therapy:

I provide a holistic approach and come together with a treatment option with my clients. I provide my clinical expertise and provide all education related to a treatment plan. I believe in providing empathic listening so that I can get an understanding of what the root of the problem may be and try to target that to help individuals live much more peacefully

What you can expect in our first session:

Clients should expect to be a part of the treatment plan decision. I believe in empowering all patients to make sound and informative decisions when deciding what is best for their mental health. Clients will have a better understanding of their diagnosis, medication regimen, and side effects to look out for while starting/continuing medications to help with mental health symptoms.

About Yogi

Diagnosed with ADHD himself, Dr. Patel is deeply passionate about helping both children and adults with ADHD as well as many other mental health illnesses. Dr. Patel received his doctorate of nursing practice in 2023 from Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Florida.

He has also received his Masters in Nursing from the same university in 2021. His interest in psychiatry peaked while doing rotations as a nursing student in St. Louis, Missouri when he found out the struggles many individuals go through to get access to care and how difficult it was to get a psychiatric consult all across the United States.
