My Approach to Therapy for Teens & Families
As a clinical psychologist and psychoanalyst, I see the sources of mental suffering as complex, multidetermined, and often deeply rooted in one's life history. Through careful listening and reflection, I work to foster an atmosphere of safety wherein people can grow in their capacities for self-understanding, emotional well-being, and self-direction.
If you're interested in potentially working with me, please reach out. I'd be happy to talk to you more about the kind of help you are seeking and what I might be able to offer.
