Building safety confidence, and emotional resilience.

This group is designed for children and teens who experience anxiety, worry, social avoidance, or strong emotional responses that interfere with daily functioning or relationships.

The group focuses on helping participants understand their emotional experiences and develop tools to regulate anxiety — rather than pushing them to “push through” discomfort without support.

Focus areas

  • Understanding anxiety and emotional responses

  • Emotional regulation and grounding skills

  • Managing social anxiety and peer interactions

  • Building confidence and self-trust

  • Communicating needs and setting boundaries

  • Tolerating uncertainty and change

The group provides a supportive space to practice skills gradually and safely, with an emphasis on communication as a healing tool and connection as a foundation for growth.

Parents may receive tools and guidance to help reinforce skills and support emotional safety at home.
