Welcome
At The Relational Therapy Collective, we believe that meaningful change happens in connection—connection with ourselves, our loved ones, with the people in our lives, and the people who support us.
Our practice brings together a diverse team of psychologists, clinical social workers, licensed mental health counselors, marriage and family therapists, professional coaches, and a psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Each clinician brings a unique blend of training, identity, lived experience, and clinical expertise. Yet we share one common purpose: to offer compassionate, grounded, relationally focused care to everyone we serve.
Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your relationship, or your family, this is a space where you will be met with warmth, authenticity, and evidence-based guidance.
Who We Are
For Therapy Inquiry: We are a collaborative group of clinicians serving clients through all stages of life, from early childhood through adulthood. Our providers bring a range of expertise and training, including in child development, family systems, trauma-informed care, invidivual and couples psychotherapy, coaching, and psychiatric medication management.
For Partnership Inquiry: What sets us apart is our collaborative approach. We do not work in isolation. Instead, we actively consult with one another, share insights, and work together when families are receiving from multiple providers within the collective.

Payment options
⭐ In-Network
What it means:
We’ve made a contract with your insurance company. That contract sets the prices for services and determines how much your insurance will cover.
“Being in-network means I have an agreement with your insurance company. They set the rates, and your insurance usually covers a portion of the cost after any copay or deductible. You generally pay less when using an in-network provider.”
⭐ Out-of-Network
What it means:
We do not have a contract with your insurance company, but some plans still provide partial reimbursement.
“Being out-of-network means I don’t have a pricing agreement with your insurance. You pay my full fee up front, and depending on your benefits, your insurance may reimburse you for part of the cost. I can give you a ‘superbill’ you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement.”
⭐ Private Pay (Self-Pay)
What it means:
You pay directly for services without involving insurance. “Private pay means you pay for sessions yourself. Insurance isn’t billed, and no information is shared with your insurance company. This option gives you the most flexibility and privacy because treatment decisions aren’t influenced by insurance rules.”
Some of our clinicians are contracted with several major insurance companies, while others are not (please check individual providers' webpage for more details). We will provide a superbill claim you can submit as out-of-network providers, which means you can be potentially partially reimbursed for the cost of the session.
Call your insurance company to confirm coverage prior to your first visit.
